We are looking for an inspirational leader with bags of energy, enthusiasm and drive to help put us on the map by being our first ever Youth Programme Manager, where you will be creating one off and short term activities, programmes and events that meet our aims above that young people will love, enjoy and learn a lot from.

The Young Offenders Mentoring Project aims to increase young offender’s employment prospects through increasing their practical and soft skill sets to best serve the individual and help them re-integrate into society as active citizens in hope of reducing the likelihood of reoffending.
